I am a Ph.D. in Economics and currently a Research Assistant at the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (BIMSA). I am preparing for my next academic step—pursuing a second Ph.D. to deepen my research in gender and labor.

My research lies at the intersection of Gender and Labor Economics, Economics of Innovation, and Development Economics. Grounded in empirical intuition sharpened through extensive Field Research across rural China, I examine how institutional frictions and informal social norms distort the allocation of human capital and its value returns.
